This guide will cover all Gambling Games (Dicing + Flowers) such as Flower Poker, Hot or Cold, Frosty Flowers, ABC Flowers, 55x2, 80x3, Blackjack, Dice Duel Disclaimer: ALWAYS make sure you record whenever you choose to gamble. The safest way to gamble is using a staff member to middleman, or asking trusted players to middleman. If you are scammed by a host without recording, your report will NOT be dealt with. Scamming is also against the server rules and will result in a permanent ban on your account (unappealable) so think twice before doing something stupid. Also known as: FP Explanation: Flower Poker is usually played between 2 players, each player must plant 5 mithril seeds, depending upon the colors of 5 flowers, the outcome is decided. It's played basically the same as real poker. If both players have the same outcomes, then they will replant until one player wins. If either player plants a black or white flower, both players must replant all 5 mithril seeds. Note: Flower Poker can also sometimes be played with 3 or more players, in which case the player with the best outcome from the 5 flowers wins. If 2 or more more players are tied for the best outcome then they will replant to decide a winner, and any players will an inferior outcome will have lost their bet. Flower Poker combinations from Best To Worst: Any five Flowers of the same colour (Five-Of-A-Kind) Any four Flowers of the same colour (Four-Of-A-Kind) Any three Flowers of the same colour together with any two flowers of the same colour (Full House) Any three Flowers of the same colour (Three-Of-A-Kind) Any two Flowers of the same colour together with two flowers of the same colour (Two Pair) Any two Flowers of the same colour (One Pair) Any five Flowers of the different colour (Bust) Black and White flowers is an replant (RP) Step by Step 1. Find a TRUSTED host or use a TRUSTED Middleman. 2. Place a bet with your host. 3. You will each plant 5 flowers. 4. Compare the flowers to each other by the guide above. 5. If you win, collect your money, if you lose, better luck next time! Also known as: H/C Explanation: You can usually find hosts spread out at Castle Wars/Barrows saying Hot/Cold x2. Hot or cold runs off the the concept of hot and cold colours. After you've placed your bet, you'll say either "hot" or "cold." The host will plant the flower, and you'll either win or lose. If you win (host plants the colours you picked), you receive double your bet, if you lose (host does not plant the colours you picked), then you lose your bet. Note: If a host plants a Rainbow, the host wins. If a Black/White is plant, it is a replant. Hot Flowers: Cold Flowers: Host Wins: Replay: Step by Step: 1. Find a TRUSTED host. 2. Place a bet with your host. 3. After the bet is placed, decide whether you want to bet on a hot or a cold flower. 4. Pay careful attention to the host planting the flower and see whether you win/lose. 5. If you win, collect your money, if you lose, better luck next time! Other name(s): FF Explanation: Like Hot and Cold, Frosty Flowers also runs off the concept of Hot/Cold flowers, but unlike Hot/Cold you do not call your flowers. Once you've placed your bet, the host will plant the seed and if it's cold, you win. If a host plants a black or white, you receive triple your bet! Frosty Flowers Not-so Frosty Flowers X3 Step by Step 1. Find a TRUSTED host. 2. Place a bet with your host. 3. After the bet is placed, the host will plant the flower. 4. Pay careful attention to the host planting the flower and see whether you win/lose. 5. If you win, collect your money, if you lose, better luck next time! Other name(s): ABC Explanation: Like Flower Poker, ABC isn't based on the direct color of the flowers, but the name. Each flower has a specific name assigned to it and you want to get the flower's name closest to A. The winner is the person who plants the flower closest to A so Black would be the best possible flower, whereas Yellow would be the worst possible flower. The game is usually played as First to 1 (FT1) or First to 3 (FT3) which means the first to win once (FT1) or win three times (FT3) wins the pot. Black Blue Orange Pastel Purple Rainbow Red White Yellow Step by Step 1. Find a TRUSTED host. 2. Place a bet with your host. 3. After the bet is placed, both you and the host will plant 1 flower. 4. Look at the host's and your's flowers and check which one is closest to the letter A. 5. If you win, collect your money, if you lose, better luck next time! 55x2: The Host rolls a 100-sided die, if the number is 55 or higher, then the better wins the pot (double what the bet was). If the number is below 55, the host wins the bet. 80x3: The Host rolls a 100-sided die, if the number is 80 or higher, then the better wins the pot (triple what the bet was). If the number is below 80, the host wins the bet. Blackjack (BJ): The Host rolls a 100-sided die, and the better can decide whether to hit or stay, with the aim being to get as close to the number 100 without going over. Once the better stays on a certain number, the host must try to beat this number by rolling the dice until they either beat the number or go over 100 (bust). If the better rolls over 100 while hitting on a number, the host wins the pot. If the host beats their number which the better stayed on without going over 100, the host wins the pot. If the host rolls over 100 while attemting to beat the number which the better stayed on, the better wins the pot. If the host ties with the better's number, this leads to a re-roll or a refund of the bet (up to the better to decide) Dice Duel: This can be played by either First to 1 (ft1) or First to 3 (ft3) wins. If both players roll the same number, this leads to a re-roll. A win is when a player rolls a higher number than the other player, both using 100-sided dies. Lastly, please make sure you gamble responsibly. Don't bet items that you aren't willing to lose and think twice before chucking your bank that you may have spent hundreds of hours into working towards, or have donated a lot of your hard-worked money for. Hope you guys found this guide useful! 🙂
Herblore Basics The key items in the Herblore skill (as the name suggests) are herbs. These can be farmed or dropped by monsters (particularly Slayer creatures and from raids). When you find them, they will be 'grimy', so you must use your Herblore skill to clean them for use in a potion. In order to make potions, you will need 3 items: a vial of water, a primary ingredient (usually a type of herb), and a secondary ingredient. Use the clean herb with the vial, and then use the secondary ingredient with the unfinished potion. Vials can be bought from the general store owner south inside home. Secondaries can also be bought from the same store. When all put together, they will create a potion with 3 doses. You can use one potion on another to share the doses (maximum of 4 doses) or use a 4 dose on an empty vial to get 2x 2 dose potions. Note that decanting potions does not require a Herblore level, nor give experience. Herbs Herbs can be found throughout AutoScape and will often be received in a grimy form. You must clean them for use in potions. This can be pretty straightforward, but each herb requires a certain Herblore level to clean. You will receive experience for cleaning herbs. Starting Out You'll be getting all your supplies from this big guy (Aleck) located at the teleport spot for Hunter so bring like 10k and you'll be good. Hunter Area Map: Levels 1-9 Head back to home and go to the teleport crystal. Under the skills tab, teleport to "Land's End". Follow the path north a short way until you see crimson swifts along the south edge. You'll only be here a short while, so trap placement is not important. Just find a spot near a bird's spawn and start placing traps. Continue catching birds and dropping the loot until you reach level 9. Keep an eye on the game chat, because sometimes your trap will fail and you will be notified that it's been disarmed. If this happens, pick the trap up and replace it (Reset option does NOT work). Levels 9-19 Head back home and go to the teleport crystal. Go back to the Hunter area, listed under the skills tab. Walk north just outside of the hunting encampment and you'll see plenty of cerulean twitches. Similarly to crimson swifts, you will not be here long, so trap placement is not important. Find a few birds and place a trap by them, and catch these until 19 hunter. Levels 19-53 From the cerulean twitches, head directly east until you find the tropical wagtails. You will be here a little bit longer than the previous two spots, so trap placement could speed things up a little bit here. Find a location with several birds and place traps to catch a few, then keep an eye open for where they spawn shortly after. Place the traps around there to maximize xp rates. At 20 hunter, you'll be able to place two traps at once, and at level 40 you unlock a third trap. Use them to your advantage! Place the traps strategically so that you can easily reset all the traps without moving far. Levels 53-63 Head back to home and go to the teleport crystal. Go to Land's End and walk straight north. Here you'll be hunting Gray Chinchompas. You may dispose of your bird snares, as we'll be using box traps from here on out. Locate an area that has two close chinchompa spawns using the method from the tropical wagtail section, and set your boxes uparound that area. Once you reach level 60 hunter, you unlock your fourth trap. Levels 63-73 From the gray chinchompa hunting area, head directly north. You'll now be hunting red chinchompas, which are caught identically to gray chinchompas. Levels 73-99 Now you risk it for the biscuit, and go into the wildy to hunt black chinchompas. Good Luck
